A Federal High Court in Abuja has on Monday struck out the treasonable felony charges against the presidential candidate of African Action Congress (AAC) in the 2023 general election, Omoyele Sowore, and Olawale Bakare.
The Federal Government had last week discontinued the treasonable case against Sowore, who is also the Publisher of Sahara Reporters.
