The vice presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the 2023 election, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, has been accredited and cast his vote at his polling unit.
Okowa, who is also the Governor of Delta State, voted in the Agbor area of the state as the elections went underway on Saturday.
The outgoing Governor told newsmen he was optimistic of the victory of the PDP in the elections.
